The Research Experience for High School Students program, a part of the San Diego Supercomputer Center’s (SDSC) student outreach program, has been developed to help increase awareness of computational science and related fields of research to students in the San Diego region. Students gain exposure to career options, hands-on computational experience, work readiness skills and mentoring by computational research scientists.

The application process for REHS closes March 15th.

The Mentor Assistant Program (MAP), a part of the San Diego Supercomputer Center’s (SDSC) student outreach program, is a campus-wide program, engaging high school students in a mentoring relationship with an expert from a vast array of disciplines, from History, Marine Physical Sciences and Nanoengineering to Biochemistry, Pharmacology, Athletics and Computer Science.

An opportunity for REHS students to showcase their research and projects that they have worked on.

The application process for the MAP program closes May 15th.

Students will have the opportunity to present their research poster and three-slide presentation upon completion of the MAP program.
