San Diego Unified School District (SDUSD), now celebrating its 150th anniversary of service to San Diego's children, serves approximately 136,000 students. It is the second largest district in California, and eighth largest urban district in the United States. UCSD Divisions of Physical and Biological Sciences Outreach
Sharing the excitement of scientific discovery with K-12 students, teachers and the greater community is an important goal of the Divisions of Physical and Biological Sciences.
