Week 2 - Providing Resources for Students This session will provide
teachers with the tools to teach students to access resources and
information online within the teacher’s Moodle course. We will cover
the following:Blocks; Resources; Glossary
Week 3 - Discussion and Assignments Learn the tools and
implementation strategies to have students participate and collaborate
in online discussions and be able to complete assignments online
through typing text or uploading files. We will cover the following:
Assignment; Chat; Forum; Journal
Week 4 - Data Collection, Asking Questions, and Data Driven Decision Making Learn
the tools and know how to construct online, self-graded quizzes and
collect data to help drive your instruction. We will cover the
following: Choice; Quiz
Week 5 - Online Content Delivery, Peer Assessment and Collaboration We
will focus on three tools that allow teachers to construct self-guided
online content delivery, allow peers to review each other’s work
online, and provide a means for students to collaborate. We will cover
the following: Lesson; Wiki; Workshop
